He has held various regional President and Vice-President positions, encompassing commercial responsibility for Europe, South America and a number of global market sectors, including aerospace, government procurement and travel distribution.
Mike has extensive and wide ranging practical business experience in New Business Start ups, Franchising, Operations, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and Human Resources, and has demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and drive sustainable business improvements in all areas. With a degree in Management Sciences, Mike has spent over 20 years in various positions in the Food Industry and Manufacturing.
James is a specialist in strategic planning, team building and change management, with many years of practice in leadership training and personnel development. He is a recently retired Army Major General with 34 years of executive experience in operational, procurement and training appointments for the British Army and NATO. He has run multi-million pound budgets and been responsible for delivering management planning.
Andy is a commercially astute Head of Finance with a track record of progressive and varied contributions within a top five UK food retailer. He has held the Head of Finance position on a number of Operating Boards over the last 9 years. More recently, Andy has been controlling the financial management of a major franchise owner in the Channel Islands: a convenience and forecourt business with turnover of £200m.
Claire is a qualified accountant with financial management experience in a variety of sectors. Her board level involvement in South Africa and UK SME's over the past ten years has brought invaluable knowledge into her portfolio. Claire's experience includes joint partnership of an accounting partnership based in Swaziland, Southern Africa and a two year position with Ernst and Young.
Mark has over 25 years experience in the demanding world of investment banking and alternative asset management. With extensive experience derived from running divisions of large and established investment banks, including senior management board roles in boutique and niche investment companies, Mark has worked on product ranges from emerging South East Asia to US and UK equity markets.
John has a substantial track record in reducing costs in companies, combined with enhancing service quality and also improving team-work. He really understands the fact that pressures on businesses today compel constant improvements in efficiency and management. Furthermore, with over 24 years’ experience in Lloyds TSB, John can help with banking relationships!
Paul is a business leader with experience as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Marketing and Business Development Director who has delivered profitable growth, acquisition, and business transformation in Financial Services at Eagle Star (Zurich), Sun Life Financial of Canada, and Unum.
Andrew is a specialist in strategic planning, team building and operations management, with 29 years business experience which have encompassed marine geophysics in the oil and gas sector, management in a multi-national construction business, research in the water industry and development of a water and environmental engineering consultancy.
